You need to submit the form on the CUSTOM ORDERS page.  When the form is received, we will review the information and reach out if we have any questions. Once the form is reviewed, we will send an invoice for your order.  The order will ship once payment has been received. 

The shipping times depends on the order size.  Orders containing less than 50 prints typically ship out within 2 business days. 

A refund or store credit may be issued within 30 days of receipt of the product if the issue is related to printing or image.  Refunds and store credits will not be offerred due to poor image quality.  Please make sure that the image you upload is a high quality image.
